*Acupuncture services are non-taxable.

*I treat only one patient at time so you will receive a full attention only for you.                

 Adults

New patient/First consultation & treatment (75-90 minutes):   100$

Follow-up Treatment (50-60 minutes):  80$

Children under 13 years old

New Patient/First consultation & treatment (45-60 minutes): 75$

Follow-up Treatment (20-30 minutes):  50$

House Calls

Acupuncture treatments in the comfort of your residence are offered for those who have a difficulty to come to clinic. Please note that an additional service fee will be added to the regular fees depend on your location. House calls are only offered on Wednesdays. To make an appointment, please contact Hiroko directly at hirokosugiyama.ac@gmail.com or 819-328-8074.

If your location is difficult to access by a regular car or in case of a bad weather (snow storm for a example), please understand that unfortunately I might not be able to offer you this service.

Cancellation 

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. In the case of no show for your appointment without notice or if you need to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours, we will have to charge you cancellation fees unless it is an exceptional circumstance. 

Please also note that if you arrive late for your appointment, we can not guarantee your treatment and we would have to charge for your treatment.
